At MetroMix, we believe that when you invest in premium equipment, you shouldn't have to worry about hidden fees. That is why we are proud to offer Free Priority Shipping on every single order, regardless of size or weight.
1. Shipping Costs

United States: FREE (All Orders).

We cover all shipping and handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely. Depending on the size and weight of your item, your order will be shipped via:

FedEx / UPS (For standard items like tools, vacuums, and small appliances).

Freight Carriers (LTL) (For heavy items over 100 lbs, such as riding mowers, large grills, and log splitters). Note: Freight carriers may call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Shipping Restrictions

Locations: We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally at this time.

PO Boxes: Because many of our products are large/heavy, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.
7. Damages
MetroMix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help you resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take photos of the damage immediately.
